Focused Fundraising

Last year the PTC was successful in raising over $35,000.00 to enhance our students’ learning experience and directly support NECS classrooms. The PTC minimizes the ‘ask’ of parents, by holding a couple of large, focused fundraisers throughout the year, and spending more of our time giving back!

It's Pie Time!

Every year Newcastle raises money for our annual Assembly and Field Trip Budget.

Pies are ordered from 10/22-11/8

Pies orders are due by 2 on 11/8

Pick up on 11/21/24 @2:00-3:30 on lower campus

Pies are $20 and can be ordered using the Pie Fundraiser order forms available in the office OR CLICK HERE

Flash-frozen for the best flavor and freeze for up to a year!

Support your Newcastle Knights and get a pie. Last year we we able to cover FIVE assemblies and field trip support with our pie proceeds!​

april 4th, 2025

What is a warrior run? PTC is creating a chance for all KNIGHTS to dash, jump, crawl, and conquer thrilling challenges on our obstacle course run held on the lower campus field. We will adjust the course as needed for different grade groups! This will be an action-packed event, open to all students, and is FREE to register! This event is our main fundraising event each year and allows us to support the school in many ways. The event is free, and registration takes just a few minutes. PTC will deliver 2025 Run Shirts to all grades by Thursday before the event. Shirts will be passed out Friday morning!

Register your student Warrior Run starting on 3/4/2025. Guarantees your free T-shirt!  Every student will race in this fun and free event held during school hours!

VOLUNTEER for the race! To sign up to volunteer please register your student and sign up under the same fundhub registration using the volunteer portal or email ptcnewecastle@gmail.com

Can't volunteer on race day but want to help? SIGN UP to provide cookies or water for the day of the event. Please deliver by Thursday 4/3/25.


RUN SCHEDULE: Kentucky Greens- Lower field and blacktop.
This year we will run in stalled heats (about 15-20 students at a time.) Each group will start 45-60 seconds behind the other heat to decrease race congestion. We won't have some 60+ students begin at the same time. They can take multiple laps if wanted. The course will be set up to avoid congestion at the entrance and exit. We will have an area designated "cheer" area for spectators.

 

  • TK/K:  RUN 12:35-1:05

  • 1/2: RUN 1:05-1:25.

  • 3/4: RUN 1:25-1:45

  • 5/6: RUN1:45-2:05

  • 7/8 RUN 2:05-2:25.


Classrooms can win prizes in the following categories:

  • Most registered students  (free to register)

  • Highest percentage of funds raised per student.

  • Calssroom with most overall funds raised- total $ amount.

  • Highest percentage of classroom participation (registered and w/ a donation)

  • Most festive class on race day!


The winning class in each category will get to choose their party! Please note that our Race Day online system calculates results based on the percentage of the class goal (number of students in the class compared to funds raised). Winners are chosen on race day, so get your donations in by 4/4/25.

I scream you scream, we all love ice cream... cones! (or Popcycles)

Pretzel Palooza- a variety of pretzel snacks, from classic twists to pretzel sticks, the pretzel sky is the limit.

POP out of your seat POPCORN party- Popcorn and gummy worm cups delivered straight to each winning class!

About the event

Join us for a Fundraiser Dinner supporting your 6th grade Knights to science camp. Dinner featuring Garden Penne Pasta, Pasta Pomodoro, Cali Caesar Salad, Focaccia Bread. Music, Dessert Auction, Bar. Family Friendly!

 

$1 processing fee applied by WIX- does not go to the organization.

1st  Annual Knights Warrior  Run

What a Success!

We are thrilled to announce that the recent Warrior Run event was a tremendous success, raising a over $30,000! This incredible achievement wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support and participation of our community. 

From the dedicated students and staff who pushed their limits to the generous donors who contributed, every effort made a significant impact. This event not only showcased our collective strength and determination but also demonstrated the power of unity in achieving a common goal.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved and look forward to making an even bigger difference in future events. Thank you for your remarkable support and for being a part of this unforgettable journey!

Annual Knights Color Run

Our Annual Color Run Raises over $32,000!

​

Thank you to all who participated!  What an incredible event for our Knights and fundraising for our school. This event raised 95% of the PTC yearly budget. We couldn't have done it without all our incredible volunteers and support from the Newcastle Staff. Leading up to the run, students ask for sponsorships from friends, family, and businesses for their participation.

 

 We choose to throw thank you events throughout the year that are free to our Knights family and focus our fundraising on one yearly event.

Thank you for your continued support; we couldn't do it without you.

Giving Campaign

The Giving Campaign is a simple and straightforward fundraiser in which families simply donate directly to the PTC without any further obligation to sell, buy, or participate!  Donations can be made anytime throughout the year, however, there are a couple of targeted giving dates that will be promoted.

​

Donations can be made by check or cash and given to your child’s teacher, or on this website by clicking the "Donate" Icon on the header or footer of each page. 

Business Sponsorships

The PTC counts on the generosity of many local businesses for financial support.  Last year alone, business sponsorships for the Color Run totaled over $3,000.00, along with valuable non-monetary donations of products and services. Businesses can choose from various sponsorship levels, all offering business promotions to NECS families. With the use of year-round social media posts for our sponsors. In addition,  a spot on our website for one year. NECS families are encouraged to use sponsoring businesses when in need of goods or services.
