Active Members in Good Standing
An active member in good standing is defined as a member who:
Attends a minimum of four (4) general PTC meetings during the school year; and
Participates as a PTC rep in at least one (1) approved
PTC event, committee, fundraiser, or volunteer activity
during the school year.
As a member, you will be invited to be part of the decision-making and be the first to be informed of PTC events and enrichment. To become a registered PTC member, sign up below.

Executive Board
The Newcastle PTC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit with an executive board whose positions are filled annually comprised of officers, principal, teacher representatives, and committee chairs. Board Meetings are held once a month with the exception of December, typically after school on a Thursday. Committee Volunteer
Committee Volunteers assist Board Chairs with specific event related tasks pertaining to the various committees such as Hospitality Committee, Volunteer Coordination, Fun Run Planning Committee, etc. Board meeting attendance is not required of committee volunteers but is welcome! Volunteer Pool
The PTC Volunteer Pool is for those who aren’t quite sure when & where they’ll have time to participate, but don’t mind receiving a shout out when needs arise!
